Identification: What Kind of Ruber plant??

    Can you tell me the name of this rubbery like plant? It has round, jagged like leaves, and grows like a vine. The leaves are about 1/2 inch in width.

    it doesn't look like a vineing plant, it looks like atype of kalanchoe
