Hi...My husband and I just bought our 1st home in central california. The one thing we loved about our new backyard was this beautiful full green tree. We bought our home in February and it is now only April and our tree has gotten black leaves and has a lot of sap comming through the truck and branches. I noticed it has a lot of opened pod's on the tree as well. Can anyone let me know what kind of tree this is and is it dying? There is a before picture and some after pictures to help out... Thank you.....
Looks like Grevillea robusta, but needs some closer photos to be sure. Sorry, not sure about what diseases it might get.
