It's for sale locally but the seller doesn't know the cultivar. It appears to be grafted. Kamagata?
Looks like Kamagata to me too. Nice tree.
I bought it for $75 . Actually much larger than the photo makes it seem. It's a 20" pot and is 4' tall from the top of the dirt.

I 2nd Kamagata. Form and foliage looks just like mine. You will like it as its great in a pot or in the landscape. Fall color is always good.
