Hi everyone! I need help identifying this plant. Just bought this little one from the plant store in Surrey. Also, I have a cutting from a bigger Rubber plant. I've immersed it in water for the past 2 or so months. There is a red leaf growing from the top but no roots so far. Unfortunately I see this white film on the sides of the plant (as seen in the picture). I see bumps and I am hoping these bumps mean that there will be roots, but these are also coated with white film. Should I be worried? Thank you! :)
