I have a house plant that has long oval shaped leafs that are light green and a darker green, The under side of the leaf is purple. The leafs and stems seem to close up at night. They pull upwards and then relax during the day. They don't curl. Any help with this plant and how to care for it would be great. Thanks so much!

It's a Maranta, a "prayer plant". Very common with lots of information floating around. The like bright indirect light and plenty of water during the growing season. Feed lightly every couple weeks in summer with a balanced houseplant food.
