Identification: What is this plant, and how can I save it?

Hi,
I just got this plant 2 weeks ago, the first picture was taken 2 weeks ago. The last few days it started dying, I'm not sure what am I doing wrong? I've been watering it once a week. the last time was 2 days ago, and the rest of the pictures was taken few minutes ago.
Please help identify what kind of plant is this, and if you have any advise on how to save it.

Definetly a Peace Lily and it is overwatered..They do not like to have their feet wet and only need water after they have dried and started to droop. If really wet take it out of the pot and replant it and do not water it.
