Right now I call it the adorabalis. . .I'm sure it has a proper name. Anyone have any ideas? It was growing outside in a planter (something that came back from last year) and there were a bunch of them. I swiped this one for my collection because it looks so unique, now I need to know how to take care of it. Hope you can help me. :)

It sure looks like Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum).

    blynb,
Yup, they sure are. I'd like to find a "good" ID book on these little critters. There must be a gillion of them, and so many variations great and small.

This little dude grows fast! I don't know if it's the south window or what but it's almost doubled. I've never seen a succulent grow like that. . .i like it :)
