I recently purchased an indoor orange, lemon, and lime tree from a vacation in Naples Florida. I've had them for about a year now and I'm having a problem with one of them. It was growing great, but the leaves are falling off of it and its dying out from the tips of each branch going towards the trunk. The leaves are perfect green when they fall of as well. What am I doing wrong??

    Hi Brolli,

Are these three separate trees or one tree with 3 different grafted fruits? Has there been a temperature change or recently repotted?

The problem with your tree is in the root system. Most likely from over watering. Over watering can occur because of applying to much water, thus keeping the soil too wet. Or it can occur even with the proper amount of watering, when the container's "soil" has become too compact and drainage is not sufficient. Therefore, the "soil" is holding to much water. When the growth medium is overly wet, the oxygen is driven out of the soil. Oxygen is EVERYTHING to the root system. - Millet
