What are these things called?

    Hi

    I have found an insect which I suppose is feeding on this leaf and it kind of looks like an aphid but it has a black pattern on it. At the beginning I thought...mm it must be some sort of muted aphid ahah. No idea what they are called, could not find them on the internet.

    A closer photo would help but it looks like lady beetle eggs and pupae.
