Identification: What are these plants?

    I just rescued these from the black-thumbed grip of my boss, but I don't know what they are, so I don't know how to make them happy again! They seem to be the same kind of plant, but I can't tell for sure. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Looks like old, neglected 'Flamingo plants' (Anthurium)to me.

    No, these plants are very old, take cuttings, and repot the rest.... you are so lucky to have such ancient tropicals, but sorry, they are not Anthuriums.. still looking...though very similar to A. scherzeranum...
