Hi There, I wondered if anyone has ever seen on the trunks of a young weeping willow tree, about 3 yrs old, what looks like red -almost new growth, but isn't. The leaves look fine, i don't know if it's a fungus from the wet season we've had, or maybe a bug that has bored into it. Thanks. Lei58
