Weeds or Flowers? Please Help!

    I recently cleaned up a flower bed in front of my house that was planted before I moved here. I ran into a plant that seems to spread but I am not sure if it is just some kind of weed or an actual type of flower. I have attached a picture of it. If anyone knows what it is, please let me know. Thank you!

    the first picture looks like a cone flower, the second i am not sure.

    first one coneflower or possibly black-eyed susan. dunno the second.
