I planted a Victoria plum tree 3 years ago and to date not a flower none at all.Do I have to prune before it will flower or do I have to have to wait another season?
Some of the leaves have been munched but surely this can't prevent the tree producing flowers.

If it's really a Victoria, it should have bloomed before it leafed out. Photos will help us figure out what to do, but if I were you I'd be giving the tree another couple of years before expecting anything of it. My Victorias didn't start blooming until 5 years old, and didn't really start producing until they were 7.

I've moved your thread to Fruit and Nut Trees, where it will get more attention from the experts.
