Identification: Unkown fungi/mold

I’m searching for a name to this white fungi or mould. I found it in forest near Melbourne Australia in June 2006. It appears to be engulfing an unkown object, perhaps another fungi. It has tiny black pods at the tips of the cotton wool like stems. Presumably they are spore pods. Any one know its name ? Thanks.

Apparently it's a Stilbella sp. I would like to know it's full name if anyone knows.
