Identification: Tree identification help please

    Would love some help with identifying the branches and bark of these trees - took the photos and now can't determine which is which.

    Second bark photo is of Pseudotsuga menziesii var. menziesii, or coastal Douglas-fir.

    a - Western Hemlock Tsuga heterophylla
    b - ditto to Coast Douglas-fir Pseudotsuga menziesii subsp. menziesii.
    c - Pacific Silver Fir Abies amabilis, windblown or squirrel-cut upper crown foliage
    d - Western Hemlock Tsuga heterophylla
    e - Pacific Silver Fir Abies amabilis, young plant with shade-grown foliage
