Would someone please help me identify this tree? It doesn't get any fruit that I've seen, and flowers around April. This morning, I noticed some new white flowers on the tip of one branch! I've never seen it flower in August before and am wondering what's up. Is this normal for this type of tree? Thanks.
One of the weeping cherry cultivars. Flowers at this time of year are abnormal, perhaps due to the abnormal weather you've been having recently.
