I have a large collection of plants and have been trying for some time to get rid of Scale insects on a number of my plants. I have lost a few plants along the way, and am concerned I am going to lose my Hoya that was very hard to come by. My question is, what bug spray is most effective for dealing with Scale insects and would it be safe to use around birds as I have pet budgies. They stay in their cage, but I know birds can be quite sensitive. Thanks for any help you can provide.
