    Hello,

My brother overseas is considering to undertake a huge investment to grow Hoopsii Trees.
He would like to know following:

    1. If it is indeed possible for Hoopsii plant to seed and if so what is the gerrmination rate?

    2. Would Hoopsii grown by seed fetch the same price value on the market as those formed by grafting?

    Thank you.

No, they have to be propagated by grafting.

Seedlings won't show the exact same character, a lot of them will be drab grey-green, not blue.

I thought you were asking about the Araucaria.
