Testing a submit button

Submit buttons are not working for me. Is it only in the bottom right corner? When I minimize the window and the button is higher, it works.

 

Here's where the button is at the bottom, but maybe I need it farther down.

 

Now it's 3cm above the bottom. Not working.
Now I've made the screen narrower, but the button is still at the bottom.

 

That worked. I can drag the sizer button along the bottom, but I can't get that two-headed arrow symbol from about 10cm from the right.

 

I made the screen smaller, then move the right edge to left. The button is still near the bottom of the screen, and it worked.

 

Now does it work? It's back at the bottom, but it looks like the other buttons work.

 

No, I guess I was at the edge of where the problem is.

 

Yet I can control the icons in my system tray, and can move the volume slider that comes up in that corner.
