I have recently bought some tea seeds, and tried growing them in pots. They didn't do anything, so I put them in a wet paper towel and soaked them daily. It has been months now, and the seeds haven't started germinating. There seem to be some small white worms and bugs on the seeds. What should I do? Why don't you think they are germinating?
