    Hi,

I have two cherry trees in my yard. Both look beautiful, they are the same type, but only one fruits.

The one that fruits has a ton of cherries and the one that doesn't only produces about 5 or so. They are in the same area of the yard, fed off the same sprinkler...as near as I can tell treated identically.

    The visible differences:
    1. The fruiting one seems to bloom slightly earlier..why?..no clue!
    2. The non-fruiting one has much more foliage.
    3. The non-fuiting one looks like it starts with about half the blossoms of the other and even when it starts cherries most of them dry up and die.

    Any ideas what's going on?
