Welcome to the Forums. There appears to a number of Canadian sources if you're looking for Prunus triloba. There's one in Prince George: Double Flowering Plum (Prunus triloba 'Multiplex') in Prince George, British Columbia (BC) at Hunniford Gardens. You may want to take note of the comments in this post: flowering almond.
Flowering almond in general practice usually refers to sprouting shrubs such as the aforementioned Prunus triloba. (And not decorative varieties of actual almond trees). These have been prevalent on the North American market in the past. However they are pretty consistent about having chronic disease problems in our region.
