    All the mushroom festivals I've attended have focused on multiple aspects of fungi, including edibility. Typical topics include edibility, cultivation, identification, spore printing, dyeing, poisons, ecology, medicinal/industrial uses, mycorrhizal relationships, culinary arts, and so forth.
