Will Stewartia Malacodendron do well in coastal central NJ? We live in the bountady between zones 7a and 6. The more well-known Stewartias (Monodelpha and pseudocamellia) do fine here. I am not aware of anyone growing Malacodendron in this area. The description sounds wonderful and I am very interested in planting one. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
