Stanhopea tigrina? When I google searched images there was a variety of tigrina flowers which resembled this one. I don't have any of these orchids but that is one of the more common Stanhopea species available. Shaun
Thanks Arcticshaun, The Stanhopea is producing lots of new growth and I am looking forward to it producing more of these spectacular flowers and their sweet heavy scent in the near future gwarra
