st Helena Ebony , Trochetiopsis Ebenus , (Sterculiaceae) Doing a bunch of cuttings also hope they take ;-)>~
Had an accident broke the main stem and several small branches a real downer but I am looking for something positive out of this and am trying to root a bunch of cuttings if they catch might be better off in the long run ;-(>~
Is it something that roots easily? I thought cuttings should be quite short, like just the ends of those branches in the last photo, and directly into a cutting medium, not water, so they will develop real roots, not water roots. That's just what I remember from some classes about 40 years ago.
Was just keeping them wet in the picture 10 planted with root hormone , did leave main stem in water you never know ;-)>~
