something digging along the stems

Dear all,
Have different type of roses, oldest abt 3 years.Suddenly appeared with all of them the same problem, seen on the photo, on top part of all the new stems, something is digging like a tram-way,and the growing up buds, turn their head down.

Do you know this problem and show me a way to stop it?
