    Hello
I just had some cedar trees cut down and the stumps ground up in place (they were not next to each other). I would like to plant other things in the newly opened up spaces (possibly small trees or shrubs or perennials) and am wondering what I should do with the 'soil'. Presumably there's a lot of wood chip in there now. Should I take some out and replace it with actual soil?
    Suggestions appreciated.
    Thanks,
    tuula
