Hi all, I have never grown cucumbers but am planning on giving it a try this summer. I have three questions:

    1) Picolino cucumbers: Has anyone grown these cucumbers and would be able to describe or post pictures of a mature plant (not just the fruit)? I am unsure if this is (a) a full-sized plant that produces mini fruit, or (b) a dwarf plant that produces dwarf fruit.

    2) Salad bush cucumbers: Would this benefit from having a tomato cage to keep it upright, or is support unnecessary?

    3) I'm planning on starting seedlings around May 1st, to be transplanted around June 1st as I live in the Vancouver area. Does this timing sound about right, or should I wait event later?

Any thoughts based on your experience with these would be helpful! Thanks in advance!
