Sickly succulent

    I think my succulent (Echeveria bicolor) could have some kind of fungus on its leaves, lately they have dried and fallen a few leaves, I hope you can help me with some advice.

    Hard to tell from the photos, but it might be botrytis (grey mold). Botrytis seems to be everywhere, and takes off when the conditions are right. If succulent is in a cool damp location then it is probably botrytis. Try removing all infected tissue, including leaf detritus (I can see some in the soil) and either increasing temperature and air flow, and/or decreasing relative humidity.
