My Giant False Agave (Furcraea Giagantea Varietata [Striata]) became ill this last summer when I put it outside for the summer. I had put it outside before with no problems except this last spring/summer. It developed brown spots and damaged leaves. Will the brown spots on the base still continue to cause problemS. What can I use?
I am getting this ready to bring inside for the winter. Any suggestion to help it. I have cut off the damages leaves. Help!!! I have pictures of it. Oh yeah. I live in the Vancouver, BC area.

Looks like Furcraea gigantea ‘Striata’ . Seems to be watered excessively & may be in too much shade.
