Should I trim these trees?

My Queen Palms have some wilty fronds on them that are very unatractive. I was curious if I should remove them or not. They have been looking this way for about a month, and I've been wanting to remove them, however I am afraid that it might hurt the tree. Any thought would be highly appreciated. Thanks and God bless...

Looks OK to me; the leaflets are supposed to be somewhat pendulous (that's what a lot of people like about it!). Trimming them off would make it look like it's had an untidy haircut, and you'd get unsightly brown tips where they were cut.
