Hi, In the last couple of weeks my plant has developed a pinkish/reddish hue to its leaves. It looks beautiful, but is this normal? Every picture I see of this plant is of leaves that are a fairly uniform green/silvery hue. Thanks!
OK Wask, thanks...mine seems healthy too...it's just weird I've never seen a picture of the plant with that hue.
Do you have a photo of your plant? Is it S. morganianum or S. burrito? I've never seen either of these get any color to them besides pale green & I live in a place (& grow my plants hard) where many of my succulents color up. If it doesn't have a hanging habit, you might have Sedum rubrotinctum, which does color up. Are the leaf ends pointy or round?
Okay...yes, that looks fine. The old growth getting older. :) Don't be surprised if it dries up & falls off. It might want a tad more water. I'd say you have a fine-looking Sedum burrito there. :D Thanks for taking the time to take/post the pix!
