Could Butia capitata eventually become a part of the natural Georgia/Florida landscape? I've noticed alot of these escaped or naturalized Butias in SE Georgia. Most of them probably just leftover plantings gone wild. This was actually in a National Wildlife Refuge. There were more scattered around the area.
Probabily one bird eat one seed and after this event the Budia born in natural zone, in favourable conditions is possible ,in Rome one Phoenix is born in one Higway!(G.R.A grande raccordo anulare)
