Just wondering about ascomycota, like scutellinia scutellata
    (also known as eyelash cup).
Which metod would be best to obtain a sporeprint or anyway spores
    from the fruiting body?

for those who have not in mind the fungus I'm talking about,
    here are 2 pictures:

put the fungus in freeze (2-3 °) for two days, to let mature the spores. Then, try to exiccate the specimen, and put it in a plastic container. when you do the microscopy, you'll find spores all over the surface.

I guess I'll have to place a piece of paper under the ascus of this fungus, all
into a plastic bag, to collect them, right?

    thank you all
