Hi Everyone, I have a large (about 10ft tall) yukka in my living room that seems to be "weeping" sticky sap off the leaves onto my floors and furniture. There are also some brown spots that a friend of mine suggested might be scab. Is it normal for Yukka's to be sappy, or is it related to the scab? Also, how do I get rid of the scab (if that is what it is)? Thanks so much!!

If you don;t see any obvious pest, it could be your yucca may be infested with "scale" Look for brownish oval spots, or dots on the leaves and in the axils.

If you scroll down to the post titled, (ficus tree, scale, aphids and ants!) I responded with a few things you can try.
