The leaves on my miniature Sago Palm dried out and new ones grew out, but they are all twisted on the ends. They have been this way now for about 2 years and nothing has changes. What can I do to make them look more attractive. The palm was so cute when I first got it and now the leave are about three times longer and look kind of creepy. Can I cut them back? Help... I have kept it indoors, because my balcony and roof deck get direct sun. Should I move it?

YES! This is a serious cycad that can easily handle whatever sunlight you can throw at it in California! Mine take full sun in the Texas summer (with the heat index regularly breaking 105). Sounds like it hasn't gotten enough sunlight, and you may not be watering it enough. There is a difference between watering it enough that it survives, and watering it enough that it thrives. Don't cut back what you've got, as anything will help with photosynthesis...
