i just took over a farm with 160 old apple and pear trees. Many of these trees are over 100 years old. While I will try to salvage the old trees for now, I would also like to preserve some of the trees using grafting. Some trees were identified, many were not and some of these produce amazing fruit. I estimate my pear harvest will be 4 ton off 12 old giant trees alone.

Where can i find suitable rootstock near Vancouver, BC?

Maybe join the BC Fruit Testers Association, Join - BC Fruit Testers Association

One of the benefits is "A chance to "custom grow" your own trees, by providing members with the opportunity to order specialty rootstock & scionwood, plus opportunities to learn and 'do it yourself';"
