I would like to do some root cuttings of a Romneya and am wondering if anyone has done them and could give me some idea as to which would be the best planting medium to plant them in and where should they be kept once I have taken the cuttings?
I have done some study on it and understand that the best time is in Nov/Dec.
Would you use a rooting hormone? Would it be better to plant them up into peat pots such, as they are so fussy about root disturbance when it comes to transplanting?
    Any information would be appreciated.
    Thank You
