Remove Mulch or Not? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have about 4" of mulch over my over wintering bulbs, and my garlic. Should I remove the mulch? Or leave it and let the plants grow up and through? Will they grow up and through? Hmmmmmm. Help.....
