    Remove Mulch or Not?

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have about 4" of mulch over my over wintering bulbs, and my garlic. Should I remove the mulch? Or leave it and let the plants grow up and through? Will they grow up and through? Hmmmmmm.

    Help.....

Yes, in your case, remove the mulch as long as you're no longer getting severe weather. Depending on the type of mulch used, you can save it to reuse it later for weed suppression.
