    Insulating with Reflectix

The south and east sides of my unheated plant room is one continuous unfinished concrete wall with windows above. I'm thinking of hanging a layer of Reflectix foil/bubble insulation to cover the inside of up wall. Reflected light normally absorbed by the wall will then be reflected back. In addition, I think it will provide some degree of insulation again heat loss.

Will this be effective? Are there drawbacks aside from aesthetics? I put much effort into scrubbing this wall clean not too long ago. Will what I'm planning cause the wall to stain from lack of air circulation? There's quite a bit of moisture on it (I think from condensation) at this time of year.
