http://www.durgan.org/URL/?GWEWD 14 August 2009 Red Trumpet Vine (Campsis radicans) This red trumpet vine is located on a property in Oakland, ON. It is growing up a hydro pole. The pictures indicate the large stalk. Ground shoots are probably cut off when the grass is cut. It is rather surprising that the utility company doesn't object. This is one of the most attractive trumpet vines I have seen.
