Have a couple of Rhapis Excelsa with a mottled variegation (1b, 2, 3). I know there are proper Japanese names for these, just haven't been able to find a name for this one yet! Also shown is my 'prized' Rhapis (1a), with the best variegation I have. Bloody thing's nearly all gold... And I just realised that the photo is rubbish...
