I bought a rose Konrad Adenauer for a friend's special anniversary, however, they lost their home in New Orleans and are still not settled anywhere. I don't know anything about growing roses so I've had it in a 2 gallon pot since I received the bareroot in February or March. It is alive. My question is, is the 2 gallon pot adequate or should it be in a bigger pot, or in the ground - bearing in mind that it would still only be a temporary home?

The pot size is fine.......if you still have it next spring pot into a slightly larger pot.

As you can imagine its the busy time of year outside, so no time for website work, it'll have to wait till winter.

Thanks for the reminder, i must take more pictures.
