Identification: QE Park : Dacrymyces ?

    Size about a cm. As I couldn't shoot closer, the foto quality
    is not good. Must carry a macro lens next time for unexpected
    things ! Kindly comment please, thank you.

    Hi David - Hard to carry all the lenses you would want for all these varying lifeforms - so heavy!
    Tremella mesenterica or T. aurantia seem to be the most likely IDs on this, given that it looks like hardwood habitat/substrate.

    I am downsizing the weight already. Just testing the new
    500mm f/5.6 which weighs only 3 lb. Before my triple
    bypass op March last year, I used to carry 20 lb of gears. That's
    my morning weight lifting exercise.
