I'm down here in Nayarit Mexico, and there are basically three types of EE's. A.marcos, X.sagg, and this one-

It's got purple stems. Any ideas?

Also here's a cool native climbing philadendron that's grows every where including peoples gardens-

Thanks Guys, Glad I found this forum to ask questions on.

It just bloomed and I missed my chance, but I'll look around town for another that is in bloom. If I remember right it was yellow and white, but that probably doesn't help much and my memory is far from photographic.

Seems to me the Philidendron is Ph bipinnatifidum, here in Mexico it grows
    in "peoples gardens"
Before it was called Ph selloum

Thanks I think you nailed it.

The philadendron isn't P.bipinnatifidum. That grows around here too, but this one whatever it is, is native and climbs 40ft+ into trees, and basically up any pole. It basically looks like a climbing P.bipinnatifidum.
There's also another native type of Philiadendron, I'll try to get a pic of it too.

Based on what I can see of the stem on that Philo, my ID is Philodendron warszewiczii, known for bipinnatifid leaves of light texture and almost overly thick green stems prone to climbing up trees.
