Private - wrinkled leaves

    Hi,
    I planted 10 Private near my fence.
    last winter was very harshy with tons of snow.

    leaves are coming out good sizewise.
    but many leaves are wrinkled.

    Is someting not right for the plant?

    I don't recall I saw it. but I am not hundred percent sure.
