We have been developing our new property in a modular home village, my biggest challenge to date is our side yarn 10 ft wide borders the neighbors carport. there is a 3 ft rock wall dividing the properties with the fence post on the top of rockery, which is their property. My dining room and kitchen window face their carport and am looking for some ideas as to a privacy screen, perhaps in a container, I would like it to grow about 8 ft high. southern exposure, any ideas for an evergreen climber, preferably small leafed, fragrant would be nice as well
