My 15 yr old Pony Tail Palm got frost bit or frozen in my garage. I brought it in the house thinking it just needed watered but the three tops are fallen over as dead. In the past when it fell over and broke the top off, it sprouted new starts out of the bulb. It is not squishy or soft, very solid bulb. If I cut the three tops off do you think it might sprout again?
