I recently bought this plant, however the people did not speak english and could not assist my in identifying it...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
In photos 3 and 4 it looks as if it may have been grafted,the vigorous shoots at the bottom look as if they are coming from below the graft.These would be best removed.I can't think of any Ligustrum which has different size leaves as shown in your photo.Sorry can't help any further.
